Annual Adjustment: Rates may be adjusted up to 5% annually with 60 days written notice. Existing clients are grandfathered at their current rate for the initial term. 6-Month Initial Term with 30-day termination notice thereafter. A $500 portfolio handoff fee applies if service is cancelled within the first 6 months.

Court filing costs (Baltimore City $150 deposit · MD Counties $125) are always passed through at actual cost — never marked up. Deposit covers all court filing fees and sheriff service costs for your case. Step pricing always applies. For complex matters requiring licensed legal counsel, we coordinate with Maryland attorneys on your behalf.
