Annual Adjustment: Rates may be adjusted up to 5% annually with 60 days written notice. Existing clients are grandfathered at their current rate for the initial term. 6-Month Initial Term with 30-day termination notice thereafter. A $500 portfolio handoff fee applies if service is cancelled within the first 6 months.
