    1. Services Overview

    Landlord Ally provides administrative support and representation services in rent court

    proceedings, along with optional property management add-ons. We are not a law firm and do

    not provide legal advice. All services are performed with professionalism, discretion, and

    integrity.

    2. Eligibility

    To be eligible for services, clients must:

    • Be the legal owner or authorized agent of the rental property

    • Provide a valid, written lease

    • Submit a complete rent ledger (or pay for cleanup)

    • Hold an active rental license

    • Disclose any known housing violations or pending repairs

    We reserve the right to decline service if these conditions are not met.

    3. Payments & Fees

    • All services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Court representation starts at $175 per appearance

    • Property management add-on starts at 15% of rent collected

    • Custom services and bundles are priced upon consultation

    • Late payment may result in service suspension

    4. Refund Policy

    Payments are non-refundable once service delivery has begun. If Landlord Ally is unable to

    attend court due to an internal error, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

    5. Confidentiality

    We take your privacy seriously. All client information, tenant data, and court documentation will

    be handled with the utmost discretion and never shared without your consent.

    6. Limitations of Liability

    Landlord Ally is not responsible for court outcomes, judicial rulings, or tenant behavior. We

    operate strictly within the limits of administrative and property support, and do not act as legal

    counsel.

    7. Modifications

    These Terms may be updated periodically. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the

    current version of these Terms as posted on our website.
