Legally compliant notice prepared and delivered via certified mail. Notice of Intent to File, Notice to Vacate, Breach of Lease, or Lease Non Renewal. Includes delivery documentation. Court filing not included.
Court filing costs are collected as a separate refundable deposit and passed through at actual cost — Baltimore City $150 · MD Counties $125. Unused balance is credited or refunded after filing.
