We need your lease, rent ledger, lead certificate, and rental license information. Without this, we cannot file or appear in court.

We Review Documents
Within 24 hours, we review every document for compliance. If something is missing or expired, we tell you immediately.

We Confirm and Begin
Once verified, we confirm readiness. For FTP cases, Notice of Intent is prepared. For court cases, your packet is finalized.

Written Summary
After every hearing, you receive a written outcome summary with next steps. No guessing, no chasing, no surprises.
Authorization of Agent
To appear in MD District Court on your behalf, we need a signed Authorization of Agent form (included in the intake). It authorizes Landlord Ally LLC to act as your agent for court filings and appearances. It does not grant power of attorney.
Before We Can Begin

- Upload your lease, rent ledger, and compliance documents.
- Sign the Authorization of Agent form.
- If your service requires a court cost deposit, we will send a separate payment link after reviewing your intake.
