All portfolio plans require a 6-month minimum agreement. This protects your portfolio continuity and ensures you get the full benefit of our onboarding, audit, and monthly system. After month 6, cancel anytime with 30-day written notice. Early termination: a $500 Portfolio Handoff Fee applies before month 6 to cover your audit, setup, and file transfer. No long-term lock-in — just enough commitment to do the work right.

- Serve Notice of Intent to File (legally required, 10-day minimum)

- Verify tenant is not active military (required for SCRA compliance)
